what's your fave counter service in MK? (MNSSHP)

We'll be at MK for MNSSHP on Sep.28. I've been trying to get a TS at Crystal Palace...and so far no luck.

We're ok with the idea of a counter service ....so what's your fave counter service in MK?? we did mnsshp last year and ate at cosmic rays (burgers and fries) and it was ok...we'd like something different.

so what do you think??

This might not be open during the party but I like Columbia Harbour House.

My favorite one is Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe but if you want to try somewhere new then I would recommend Pecos Bill's.

During the Party, I think only Casey's, Cosmic Rays, and Pecos Bills are open.
If you eat before the party, I'd choose Columbia Harbor House. I love their fish and chips.

We had a great dinner at Tony's Town Square in December. Have you tried for an ADR there?

Great thread. We are arriving 10/11/10 for MNSSHP and are planning on eating at a CS. I love Pecos's Bills, but not sure if the rest of our party will want that. Our experience with Cosmic Rays was HORRIBLE. Will not be going back. Columbia House is great, would eat there again in a heartbeat!

We weren't that impressed with Cosmic Rays the last couple of visits so we thought a different choice would be worth a try. I've tried to get an adr at Tony's but no luck...that's not completely true...I've got an adr for 4 at 6.30 or so but now my in laws are joining us so we need a 6 person adr.

like i said in the original post....i think a cs would be best...quicker and it'll give us more time for trick or treating rides and parades!

Chicken & rib combo at cosmic rays was really good!! I would vote for that, but if it is burgers & fries you want the fixin bar at peco bills can't be beat!

I'd eat at the Contemporary or GF counter service, then head on to MNSSHP. Besides Cosmic Rays, the other choices are only so-so, IMHO.

As someone mentioned earlier, Pecos Bills is more of a burger joint. El Pirata y el Perico is the mexican place.

Last year Columbia Harbour House closed around 5 before the party. We had planned to eat there before the party began but it was already closed, so we ended up at El Pirata y el Perico which was just gross.

You can't really go wrong with any of them. IMO cosmic rays isn't too good....
I'd chose caseys corner. That's where we always eat. Also, if you get a good table outside there you can watch the castle shows!
