You just spent about 8 hours walking around Magic Kingdom, chasing the kids, making every show on time, and hitting the fireworks just before closing. Now it's time to relax by the pool while the kids are getting tucked in for the night. What's your drink of choice prior to a little cuddle time or little snorey, snorey?:cool1:

I like the long island ice teas. The pool bartenders make them amazingly well.

Well, we don't ever relax by the pool, but if we do find ourselves in a lounge or ordering a drink before dinner, my "drink of choice" is the Blue Glowtini (LOVE that light up ice cube) or the Lapu-Lapu if I'm at the Poly.

But truly- my drink of choice for the vast majority of my WDW vacations is water. Boring old water. At a restaurant I order tap water with ice & lemon and in the parks I fill up my Hydroflask from the water fountains!! (and it's FREE)

I am partial to a drink that they use to make at the "Gurgling Suitcase" at the Old Key West Resort called a "Havana Day Dreamer" (like a mud slide).

In is not on the menu anymore but the old timers can still whip one up if you ask. :thumbsup2

Frozen coke is one of my favorite beverages at WDW (wish they had them at DL, too)! I'm not much of an alcoholic beverage consumer, but my favorite cocktail is the Bocce Ball, followed closely by the Under the Sea that I was served on the Wonder last year. Delicious!

I don't drink except for the very occasional glass of wine, so this is boring, but when I go to WDW we do a grocery stop and I get a bottle of white zinfandel and I sit out on the balcony every night and have a glass while writing about the day before going to bed.

I go for tropical drinks...I often let the bartender make the choice for me.

Depends on my mood.....
Maudite from le cellier
Rosa regale
Or any margarita from la cava

Raspberry mojito when they users to make them at the contemporary.
Grand mariner slush in epcot
Optimator beer in Germany
Guinness at Raglan
Water everywhere else.

If there's time, we like to get over to The Poly and enjoy one of their famous Lapu Lapu's.

It used to be a tradition when we stayed their regularly - but who can afford that any more ? ( :sad2: )

Well, apparently lots of people, but with the great rates at The Dolphin why consider..... Wait, I'm straying off my point. ;)

If The Poly is not in the cards for the evening, then just a good ol' Canadian Club and Diet Coke - the same thing I drink at home. I can do without the glowing ice cubes and 500 calories of fruits syrups and mixers...

But, that's just me. :smickey:

Not much of a drinker but like the ocassional sip. My choice would be a Mud Slide or Long Island.
Though last year sipped on an orange drink and watched Pirates of the Caribbean by the pool late one night at All Star Movies. It was nice.

Mai Tai at the Tambu Lounge (Poly). Great in a "to go" cup to take to the beach for Wishes. I'm only allowed 2 - I tend to fall over things...

grey goose slushie if i am in epcot or raspberry smirnoff ice if in dvc room

I'm not usually much of a mixed drink person, but when in Epcot I love having a margarita in la cava de tequila. They make them strong enough that you know there really some alcohol in them. Much better than what you get at the kiosk outside.
