Great shot Todd! I love how still the water is, it gives a perfect reflection.

here is one of my favorite shots from MK. The hard part was having the patience of the crowd around me. The tripod was set pretty low to the ground to get the angle that I wanted that someone was always walking in front of the camera b/c they didn't see me there.

Finally found my way over to the photo part of the board...why have I never been here before?! Never brought a tripod to the parks so here's the best I could do...

Anyone know if you can watch the fireworks from the trainstation? Seems like you would get amazing pictures up there.

Well, I actually started this thread looking for inspiration, hoping to have tons of time for night time photography on our one evening stop in the Magic Kingdom....... So WHAT was I thinking, knowing I only had one evening on this trip to spend there, thinking I would have time to play with my photography??????

We arrived around 4 PM and as you can see from my last photo, practically closed the place down after PM EMH. I did manage to get a few shots I liked, but mostly on automatic settings. Most were without the tripod I carried around all night. And most were taken on the fly, with me telling my husband to go on ahead with our daughter, while I took my shots then ran to catch up.....

I missed being on Dumbo during the fireworks by one group. But I wouldn't have been able to take shots during the ride with the motion and darkness. I really thought we'd make it, but didn't realize Wishes was so short. I looked at my watch as it finished up and it was only 9:13. Has it always been this short?????

I have no idea who the lady is with her hands up in the air on Dumbo, but I want to thank her for that awesome photo op! She's exactly where I wanted to be during the fireworks, but I'll just settle for the cool view!

Please keep the night time shots coming. They are VERY inspiring! We're going back in September and I hope to add to my collection. And yes, I'll be dragging that tripod with me all around the park again then.......

Nothing overly creative here, but I like these shots:

Plenty more on Flickr. Night shooting is my favorite thing to do.

I agree, that ended up being a great photo :thumbsup2. Shows an adult being a kid which is one of the most magical parts of Disney, IMO.
