Whats wrong with the Disney website??

I was trying to book my package for September and it would'nt let me saying that I had too many letters in my names for my party or duplicates names. What gives? I really don't want to have to call in my packages!! Anyone else have this problem??

As wonderful as Disney is, its web site is not. I can't explain it any other way.

When I tried to book mine online, it told me the dates I asked for were not availble and/or that I had too many in my party to book the resort I wanted.. there are only 3 of usI guess I needed a laugh that day Good luck.

System error codes are only as good as the Developer who wrote them and at time within many system error codes are not exact. After that situation there is a large array of issue that arise with forms people complete fields within a workflow process...the reservation step process is a workflow.

When a system may say there are too many for the room..again poor error code messaging. Often times this equates to they have not loaded the table holding room availability, for this time period, yet so there are no matches. Other times it may equate to no rooms in the category or something similar depending on their room structure or search criteria.

Best thing to do is call and see what they pull up on their end. Even then you will find the common system user does not know the details of the system to explain what is happening. Often times these issues will clear in time as an IT person will be troubleshooting the issue.

I think the title of your question should be what's right with the disney website. It never works right for me. Don't worry it told me the same thing about my names tonight. I am going to try again in the am. But I will probably end up calling as usual. Good luck to you.
