I've heard that the company that built him went out of business and they can't figure out how to service/repair him inside the mountain. To take him out, repair, and replace would take several months, all of which would make Expedition Everest non-operational which they don't want to do. Has anyone else heard this and/or a potential solution? I hate seeing him on strobes instead of moving and we're going to the World in 3 weeks.
