What's up with the lack of Peter Pan figures in the McDonalds collection??

Forgive me if that's been discussed before, but I'm so ticked! I can't believe there's a 'Jose' and a 'Penguin' and no Peter Pan or Tink!

McDonald's and Disney probably did that because they just had the "Return to Neverland" promotion where they had characters and parts of the jolly Roger. There wasn't a Tinker Bell included however.

As a Peter Pan/Tinker Bell collector, I think they should have included them. Every other movie is represented. Wonder who decides these things??
