What's Up with the D23 Event Schedule?

Hey guys, I am a D23 Gold Member and would really like to attend the west coast Pixar festivities this summer (Pixar Pier event and the Emeryville event) but the website still lists "summer" as the date for the events. I'm concerned because I live in the Midwest and would need to get a flight scheduled and a room booked for both events ahead of time. If D23 keeps waiting around to announce the dates and times for these events, I may miss them. These were the only events that I would be attending this year for D23 and do not want to miss them. Otherwise, I'm just going to cancel my membership (it's set to be renewed next month) because it isn't worth the price tag for 4 magazines, a box of pictures/paper replicas, and a Mickey plush.

Does anyone have any information on these events? Thank you in advance!
