What's up with cell phones on the rides?

Yep. Or all of the above! ::yes::

And can you imagine being trapped on an airplane with a group of 'em? That is if the FCC follows through with their ding-a-ling idea to let people talk during flights. :scared1:

I can see it now, headlines, "Passengers jump from plane to rid themselves of talk-a-holics". :rotfl2:

Hmmm... driving to WDW is begining to look better and better all the time! pirate:

I respect peoples rights to have a cell phone or pager but I in turn expect them to respect my rights to enjoy a ride or a movie...I have no problem with asking someone to be quiet or hang up so my family can enjoy the show or ride....On that note I do not take my cell phone on vacation or my pager for that matter...I work for a local electric utility and I am too on call but I refuse to let my job interfere with my time with my family...If the company cannot function without me thats the companies fault not mine...train someone to handle my job while I am gone what in the world would happen if I got hurt and couldnt come to work....same principal....as for business owners I respect there right to have there phone with them and I understand they built that business and they are responsible for its well being so as long as they are respectful to others go for it...if the phone rings during a show I have had people apologize for it happening just make an effort to show respect...as for teenagers talking to there friends heck no...no need for that....ok I am done I think cell phone is actually ringing.... :rotfl:

I carry my cell phone with me all the time, it is like a security blanket for me, but I hardly ever use it. It's just nice to have. The only people who call me are family and a couple of friends. They know better than to call while I am at Disney! This past trip though, I was riding Spacship Earth and was at the backwards part, just kicking back when I felt my phone ring. I couldn't really hear it but I could feel the vibration through my purse. I didn't answer it and checked my voice mail after the ride. I figure if people don't understand that rides take priority at Disney, then they have no buisness calling me. :earboy2:
