What's the vibe on availability at VWL in late Oct?

I'm nervous-- we're hoping to rent points for 5 nights in a studio at VWL from Oct 30-Nov 4. My renter called yesterday and they told him to call back Saturday (March 31). Does that make sense? He said yesterday they told him it was available, but everything I read gives me the feeling that it's sold out. Anyone know, by chance? This is the first time I'm surprising the family with a trip to see the Mouse.

MS has been having computer problems this past week. Several members have reported that MS told them basically the same thing. If they told your renter that there was availability, there proobably is - try not to stress out too much.
