what's the timeframe been recently for ROFR?

Hello - for those who have been through ROFR recently, how long has it been taking. I know over the summer it was right at 30 days. I'm 2 weeks in and wondering. thanks!!

About 25-30 days for us... we just closed yesterday on a SSR resale!

25 to 30 days has been the average time for Disney's Right of First Refusal decisions for about the last 3 months.

Although you never know what Disney will do. We had a buyer from The Timeshare Store, Inc.® receive a ROFR decision yesterday after 20 days from when it was submitted.

Unfortunately, it was not good news for the buyer as Disney did act on their Right of First Refusal. They have already found another property and are moving forward with this new purchase.

23 days for us until Disney waived ROFR. Now we are waiting for the seller to return the closing documents...10 days and counting since title company received our signed closing documents and payment....tick.tock...tick.tock

Submitted to Disney 8/19 and got word passed ROFR tonight 11/11 (23 days)?
