What's the ponit of Game-on card in mail?

I give up on this card, I'm pretty sure it's nothing and they must have forgot to load up whatever goes to the weblink. Hopefully a real code will come in a few weeks then. Some of the phone people are sooo rude when you ask if there's a discount with it, very un-Disney!

I got the same email twice in the past few months, both times it said check out this special offer and had a three digit code. When I called about the offer I was quoted rack rate. I was so offended that they were trying to trick me into thinking I was getting a special price.

Seriously?!?! Did you ask about a discount with the code or did it come up that way when you called. At first they were like oh yes it works, but when they came up with the total is was just rack rate.

What's really funny is the postcard is for September and is rack rates, but they have a room only code online thru September, so why on earth would you book with this so called code. Really what kind of games are they playing?

I got that one for Sept too - three digit code that offered me rack rate (for dates eligible for the GP free dining to boot!). It seems like a rather slimy thing for Disney to be doing since the wording does give the impression of a special offer and someone less knowledgeable (obsessive ) might not realize that this "exclusive offer for the XXX family" is simply an invitation to pay full price for a travel season when real discounts abound.
