You must leave it in the Lobby of the BWPPI. Give the keys to the front desk staff person and they will park it in the designated pick-up area.

When you make the reservation with Deckert's, you'll need to give them your Dad's height and approximate weight so that Deckert's delivers the correct sized ECV.
