I am very surprised that Disney did not offer to compensate you for your upcoming trip in May. Even if you didn't ask for it, I would think that would have been appropriate considering they overcharged you previously. I hope they do a good job of "babysitting" your ressie.
As an aside, our family will also be at FW Campground over Memorial Day weekend. Hope to see you!
