What's the odds?

We have reservations for the June 22-29 2008 I have requested the 100 or 200 loop. Wonder what the odds are we get it? We have always got what we ask for in the past but those look like really popular loops.

We always ask for 100 or 200 and we always get 200 its a nice loop. 100 gets a lot of foot traffic.

The earlier you check in the better. Remind the CM when you get there and go take a look at the loops when you arrive, too. If you see an empty site, it can't hurt to call and say, "102 is open, can I have it?" Persistance is key. Though, It really depends on how full those loops are.

100 and 200 have always been non pet loops. They still where in 11/07.

We have requested loop 300 last year and we got it!! We made sure to remind them 1 week, 1 day, and the day of our arrival but make sure you are extra kind and greatful for anything that the cm does for ya!! It goes a LONG way!!

We have done the same for this year too but were a little more specific we want site 301 this year!! I doubt we will get it though!! LOL

I think your chance of getting site 301 is slim to none, that site is usually occupied by a long timer. Unfortunatly the Mrs. of that couple recently passed away from breast cancer, so maybe the site won't be occupied by that family for awhile.

As of last Sunday (2/17), Jay's MH was still there. It looked as if he was packing up to leave. At this point, I'm not sure if he'll be returning next season. Disney was more of his late wife's thing. Time will tell.

301 holds nothing special for me other than the fact that Donna always put up spectacular decorations. With her passing came the end of a marvelous era, IMHO.

301 is on the right side of the entrance to the 300 loop. It's a big site, but it also backs up to the playground and new dog park. Across the street is a basketball hoop. If you don't have satellite, 305 is a beautiful site that is nestled under a canopy of trees and backs up to a small lake. DH doesn't like it because he can't use the satellite dish on that site. Who cares???

Personally, I think site 301 should be closed and dedicated to Donna and Jay. They were the long time resident of 301 and we just can see anyone else on that site.

We'll be checking out the 21st of June too. If their's isn't available maybe ours will be....lol. I hope to have one of those anyway and have requested it. I'll have to look for Tntinas while there from the 9th to the 21st. It would be nice to see someone from the boards.
