What's the name of the grocery store you go to the most?

NoFrills (can be hit or miss but ours is big and bright and clean), Sobey's (only for sale items) and Costco.

Small town UK - Sainsbury's and Marks & Spencer - we have a small Aldi but I wouldn't go there again the quality was poor. I did 3 years not shopping in a supermarket - just from independents and farm shops - but have to shop for elderly parents now so not currently an option.
I loved Marks & Spencers when we were in the UK. We used to have a M&S here in Victoria, BC Canada when I was a kid, my Grannie used to buy stuff there, they had some really yummy cookies she had a her house.

I find it interesting that there's a lot of negativity towards Aldi, but a lot of positivity towards Trader Joe's, when their concepts are similar and their parent companies related. I've been in both a new Aldi's and an old Aldi's, and I agree, the new ones are much nicer than the older ones. But they sell some of the same products that TJ's has, but at a lower price, and often under a different name. Know your products!

I shop at a whole bunch of places, it depends where I am, what I need, and what kind of mood I'm in.

If I'm in WalMart anyway, or need some specific things I like to buy there, I'll grocery shop there.

If I only need a few things and want a nice, leisurely shopping experience, and maybe lunch, I might hit Whole Foods. (BTW their prices have been noticeably dropping since being bought by Amazon.)

I like Roche Bros and Wegman's but I know my bill will be high.

Very rarely Shaws, Stop n Shop, Trader Joe's.

I also shop at some smaller, local grocery stores for produce and specialty products.

Woolworths, although I think I will forever call it Safeway! My state was the only place where they were called Safeway so they rebranded them all.
