What's the name of the grocery store you go to the most?

Marianos 50%
Jewel - 50%

if I still lived in MI, it would be Meijer or Kroger, or both, depending on which one was more convenient
.

Small town UK - Sainsbury's and Marks & Spencer - we have a small Aldi but I wouldn't go there again the quality was poor. I did 3 years not shopping in a supermarket - just from independents and farm shops - but have to shop for elderly parents now so not currently an option.

We go to Mert's Specialty Meats most often, at least once a week. Once or twice a month for traditional groceries we go to Kroger. Both stores are less than a mile away. A Walmart here years ago despite outcry from the community I never go there.

We go to the Walmart Neighborhood Market and Bel Air (a local chain) every Sunday.
Walmart for everything but meat and produce.

Walmart, except for meat. That is all we have in this town except for Aldi, which is always dirty. We prefer to shop at Kroger near where DH works, but it is an hour drive, too far for the weekly shopping trip. He does our shopping there on the weeks that he gets off at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, but he hasn't worked a Friday for awhile.

We buy our meat from a local butcher shop. They are more expensive but the quality is much better.

Bell's, which is a local IGA. They have great prices on meat and dairy, and give a 5% senior citizen discount on Tuesdays for those 55 and older! There are certain grocery items I buy here as they are cheaper than the local chain, but I am not always happy with their produce. I hit Bell's every Tuesday (Senior Citizen Day!!).

For other groceries, I go to Hannaford, which is the big chain in the area. Their produce is pretty decent, for a grocery store. We also have Shaw's, but they are expensive. We probably stop at Hanny's about 3X a month, for stuff we couldn't get at Bell's.

BJ's and Sam's- maybe go to one of them every 6-8 weeks, to stock up on specials. As it's just DH and myself here at home, it's not always cost-effective to buy in bulk, but there are some things we get here because it's cheaper than Hanny's or Bell's.

Walmart- cat litter, cat food, almond milk, store brand dry roasted peanuts, sliced cheese. That's about all I'll buy, grocery-wise, from Walmart. Their meat quality is crap and their produce rots in the blink of an eye.

It sounds like a lot of running around, but either DH or I pass these stores every day on our journey to/from work, so it's not out of the way at all. What IS out of the way is Trader Joe's- a two hour drive to Portland, one-way- but if we are driving through Portland, we almost always stop at TJ's.

When we are in Orlando, we go to Publix, mostly because we know where they all are. When we lived in MI, we did Meijer, and in upstate NY we liked Wegman's or Price Chopper.

Aldi's. I didn't use to shop there as the quality was very bad, however they opened a new one and it is very clean and the quality is good.
