What's the most you've spent at a Dis Restaraunt using the Silver Package?

This question is spawned by a previous post I had asking questions about the silver plan. I am amazed at how much people have spent at restaraunts and only have to use a couple magical wishes from the silver plan....

So.... What's the most you've spent at a Dis Restaraunt using the Silver Package?

The most expensive meal for us was at the Yachtman Steakhouse @$275.27 for 2 adults, 1 Jr. 11y.o. (who eats just as much or more than an adult) and 1 child. Our 2nd highest was at Fultons @ $256.86. They both incluse tax & tip.

Does anyone know how the tip is calculated for the servers when using Wishes. Do they get a set amount or is it a percentage of the total. I would hate to feel that the server gets stiffed when I am using Wishes.

15% of the bill (before tax) was added on to our Fulton's. All of our other receipts have $0 for each item ordered and totals. What we did was when the bill was brought to us to sign (with $ amounts showing), we looked at the total and I would write it down on my copy of the receipt.

So, technically, the CMs have an incentive to offer you the "special deals" that aren't on the menu, such as Surf and Turf or added options, because if they get 15% for gratiuity, the more you spend, the better tip they get. Interesting!

We have booked the Silver Plan for our trip in December. Exactly how does it work?

What is included in your meal? i.e. appetizers, entree, dessert etc.

Also, when you book the package, does Disney provide you with a list of the restaurants that require 2 wishes each, etc.

You get an appetizer, main entree, drink and dessert. If it is a buffet, you just get whatever is on the buffet and a drink. Alcoholic drinks are not included.

$281.68 for Narcoosess. $231.82 for Citricos. $172.00 Coral Reef. Those prices were for 2 adults.

We are again using the silver package in just 9 days!! We will be dining at Fultons Crab House, Yachtmans Steakhouse, O'Hanas, and Whispering Canyon. We are also using the wishes for La Nouba (cirque de soleil) and that is $74.00 a ticket.

$370.00 at Fulton's last June. Will be doing it again come July. It was outstanding. It was for 5 of us.

Our most expensive had to be Alfredo's it was 225.00 for 2 adults for lunch!

Plus that is a one wish restaurant, so we only paid about 33.00 each for the lunch.

When we checked out I asked for a detailed reciept with the costs for each meal so we could figure out if we made our $$....(duh of course we did..lol)

they said they weren't allowed to do it, but she did anyway when I already had some of it written down already (I did the same thing buzzlady did)

We also did Cirque (2 wishes)
Hoop de doo (1 wish)

In Nov we are going to use the wishes again, this will be our 3rd time using them, we get our $$'s worth for sure...by the end of the week we can't look at another Filet Mignon or Lobster Tail....LOL

I will write it down again, and remember to come to the DIS and give my list so everyone can see if it works out!!

$450.00 for dinner at Fulton's: 2 adults, 2 juniors, 1 child. It was an absolutely fabulous meal! The server made us custom plates combining King crab claws and filet mignon. I think they wanted to make it as expensive as possible for better gratuity. Fulton's is my DH's favorite restaurant at WDW, so this was great for us!
