What's the most economical way to get to Universal??

Can you confirm for me - do Hertz and Enterprise deliver to your disney hotel if you are renting a car from them? We are renting but don't want the car until 3 days into the trip, and were wondering where we could rent a car from on disney property. So your comments about them delivering caught my attention. Please let me know if you are sure about this.
