what's the last day to bank?

I'm looking at a contract to buy with an august UY (it is now may 9). What's the last day the seller can bank 2011 points for me? Any idea why they wouldn't have already? Thanks.

I may be wrong but if it's an August UY, the 2011 points would have had to have been banked by April 1, 2012.

By March 31. Points must be banked by the end of the 8 month of a UY.

We made our offer on a June contract in January. January 31st was the last day for them to bank, so we had the 2011 points banked from them actually written into the contract, so if they did not bank them in time, we would not buy. 8 months is the deadline, so 8 months on August is March 31st.
