agree BW standard is difficult peak times/party events, even on/near 11 month window
we've never had a problem w/WL
even after 11 month window
@ 7 months BC & AK-standard Kidani has required waitlist with eventual success
ive been waitlisted for BLT MK view (studio since 7 month period, no luck yet
) glad i took the LV
my experience has been 1 BRs tend to be available many times a studio (our preference) isn't
assume there are alot of us stretching our points
