What's the gift, and when do you get it?

We paid to increase the time frame of our OKW, and I could have sworn that if you did, you were suppose to get something. I have to find the paperwork, but I know someone here would know before I could dig up the stuff in my mountains of DVC papers..

We got a postcard from DVC about 2 months ago, saying that the free gift(s) for extending OKW were "on their way" with no ETA stated.

No one has received anything yet, according to several threads have been posted here recently.
