whats the earliest I can get from Pop to WL?

I'll be switching from Pop to WL. My first thought was to wait till 8am and get bus to MK, boat to WL.
Can I get on an early AR bus and switch that way? Is that only for AR ppl? Do they need to show proof of AR?
In other words whats the earliest time I can get myself to WL?

NO, you don't need proof of ADR.

The earliest you can get to WL is a little after 7AM.

Take the MK Breakfast bus. It starts before 6:30. Tell the driver you need to go to the CR. He MAY be able to drop you off at the CR.

Walk through the CR to the boat dock. Take the boat to WL. Make sure you get on the right one. There are two. One goes clockwise (CR-FW-WL-CR). One runs counterclockwise (CR-WL-FW-CR). These boats start abut 6:45.

If he can't drop you off at the CR, walk to the CR boat dock from MK (about 10 minutes).

The boat between MK and WL will not be operating that early.

I understand the route youre describing. Ive walked before from MK to Contemp and took the smaller boat to WL. Then I can be checked in (even if room isnt ready) and make it to AK at park opening.
