what's the earliest check-in?

I know that they can hold my bags if my room isn't ready. DBF and I are going to either stay with family about an hour and a half away we were going to wake earlier and drive down or stay at a cheap offsite motel. We did a package for POR, I was wanting to go to the park the morning we check in, whats the earliest we can check in? Our room key will be our park tickets if I am thinking correct, right?

I think ny earlier the that hey can check you in but they have to get it approved or something.

I'm sure you check in at any time as people arrive at all different times but you may want to give them a heads up and let them know you have a very early arrival and they will note your ressie and possibly try to have your room ready.
