What's the difference between the Tusker House Restaurant and Tusker House Buffet?

I've always thought Tusker House was just a counter service. I recently discovered this wasn't the case. Can someone clarify the main differences between the two?

Tusker House was converted to a table service restaurant last year.

It now hosts Donald's Safari Breakfast in the morning which is a great character breakfast. I haven't been there other than for this meal.

We ate there this past March...we really enjoyed it...alot of selections to pick from. Kinda like a more casual Boma.

Ah, that explains a bit. Am I correct in that they're both a buffet? I'm referring to lunch and dinner here.

I got a phone call in the middle of my post. You've answered my "buffet" question. How do the buffets differ then? Again, I'm referring to lunch/dinner.

It is like most buffets at Disney with an African flare to it. Trying it out this coming May for lunch. Menu looks great.;)

I guess I'm having trouble wrapping my brain around the fact that Disney has a counter service buffet. Buffets are usually considered a table service. Can you go up more than once?
