Whats the deal with RU23?

I left work at 11:45am and the countdown said it had about 30 minutes to go. I am now home...its 12:35pm and its now counting up saying -1day-1hour-38minutes. And I don't have an email. Have I missed something?

This is just a guess but I am thinking the campaign will kick off at 8:00am EDT which is 12:00pm UTC for those of you who are international.

This is what is on the countdown site when I look now. I have copied and pasted.

And its counting up....not counting down. I assumed it would look the same no matter where you are looking at it in the world. It seems strange to me that I am seeing this and those in the US are still counting down.
