What's the Chance of DVC building the next resort on Mars?

How many of you have listened to the news today? I tell you, it's all coming together. They announced today that Disney purchased the Muppets. This is a definite sign that it is only a matter of time until they announce the ground breaking of VMO.

They are going to use the Muppets to help theme the resort. Anyone else remember "Pigs in Space" ???? This is a wonderful day for DVC!!!

I was wondering about the pool slide and gravity boots or belts? Do you think we would have to spoil the look of our suits to wear something ugly that would keep us from flying off the end of the slide? Maybe they could theme them appropriately, kind of like CM costumes?

I would hate to see my granddaughter flying off into space everytime she tried the slide and it would be such a pain to have to keep getting up and running around trying to catch her.


Oh, and do you think because it's so far to go to WDW, that maybe they will build a theme park or two, and water parks and maybe a shopping area?

anniet, do you have to ride the ride to send the postcard? I'm afraid DH and I would be like the parents who are conned by their kids to take the ride, but I do want to send a postcard. Maybe I better rethink our purchase of the Mars DVC!
