What's the best way to request connecting rooms at PPH? Call or email?

We have two separate reservations for two rooms but need them to be connecting for our large family of 8(2 adults & 6 kids)! What is the best way to request this & what is the best contact info? Getting excited for our trip coming up in a few weeks!

I would call. We had two different reservations (both through Orbitz) at DLH and called to link them. They said there was no guarantee of connecting rooms, but they were ready for us early on check in day.

I think I called the same line as reservations. They'll route you if you need to talk to someone else.

Call again the day before you check in to confirm your request and to make sure it is entered on your reservation exactly as you want.

You should call the hotel directly. We stayed at the PPH a few years ago, also with one 2 separate reservations. I called the hotel and gave them the confirmation numbers and they were able to link them. The connecting rooms were great and made it feel like we had a suite!
