What's the best way to guarantee "requests?"

Does this mean we have a good chance to get our requests (1st floor, near buses - fridge for medical reasons) even though we won't arrive at MCO until 10:00 p.m.? We are using DME.

If they are listed as "For Medical Reasons" or similar language on the confirmation or in the computer.

The "preferred" rooms at All Star Sports are in the "Surfs Up" Buildings that surround the main pool. They are right in front of the food court and just a short jaunt to the bus stop. We will be staying in a preferred room again in exactly one month and you can't beat the location-even from the third floor!

Were all the reservations made by the same person? When we traveled with another family in '01, we each made our own reservations. But, we tied them together. We each told CRO that we were traveling with the other family, and gave their reservation number. We did request connecting rooms. We had no problem whatsoever at check-in. We got our connecting rooms at POR. I don't think you'll have a huge problem.

Can I ask if you are booked as a Grand Gathering? I was told by CRO when I booked mine that I was able to get guaranteed 3 rooms...in a row...with the connecting one sandwiched in between. The grown-ups are going in the outer two rooms and some of the kids in the middle (connecting) room. There are 11 of us travelling....4 adults and 7 kids (2 families).

Maybe it has nothing at all to do with it being a GG or not....I have no idea, but the CRO rep was very nice and was able to accomodate all of our requests.

I think it was because of the number of kids you had. We just got back as a GG of 12. 3 families with 2 kids each. We requested 2 connecting, with the 3rd room adjoining, non-smoking, 50's or 70's bldg at Pop, not ground floor. We got 3 adjoining, 3rd floor, non-smoking, 80's bldg.
