What's the best time to call w/o waiting at least 20 minutes

Everytime I seem to call lately I have to wait at least 15-20 minutes before getting a live person no matter what time of day it is - are there less people working there due to the recent layoffs or is everyone else waiting too? or is there a better time/day to call?

PS I am really fast at answering all the questions now

Lol, at answering the questions quickly- I got good at that. I called at 8pm eastern time(which was 5pm for me here in CA) I spent less than 2 minutes on hold, if that. The lady was super nice, I think a lot less people call at that time, especially on the eat coast or if they think that the business hours are 9-5.

I called today around 3PM and got a person very very fast! Plus I was able to get the ADR that I wasn't able to get in 3 previous calls!

I have called several times at 7am and got through without a wait. This morning I slept in and didn't call until around 10am and still didn't have to wait at all

yesterday i called at 7:40 am and no wait.

my 90 day mark at 7:00 AM Eastern time. A CM picked up after five minutes and put me on hold. After another forty minutes another CM picked up and then put me on hold "for a couple of minutes". I was sent back to the initial queuing questions. A short while later I was able to make my ADRs.

While getting ready for work, I realized that I hadn't made a BBB reservation. I called back about 9:00 AM Eastern time and held for less than five minutes.

I called two days at ago at 5pm EST and was on hold for 25 minutes before someone picked up 44 min total on the phone. When I called back in march to make my adr's I called right at 7am and the whole phone call took 119 minutes!

I just got in right at 8:10. And I have gotten in right away at 6:59 too.

I called to change reservations for next week because of changed plans & got straight thru at 10:15 am est. And had no trouble getting the reservations changed. Still eating about the same time both nights.
