What's the best time for dinner at MK during MVMCP?

I'm trying to snag an ADR for anything in MK for dinner for our MVMCP night. What time is best?

The parade starts at 7:30 and the fireworks start at 9:30. I could only get 8:30 for our party of 10 (split 4 & 6) on Dec 2nd at LTT...posted on the parks board, http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1625400 ...probably going to cancel, but it sounds like, the earlier the better if you can get it.

We have dinner before the party so you're not wasting value party time. The party is such short hours, why eat? We'll enter MK early and have dinner at a table service before the party starts. That way you can get the wristbands without having to stand in the long lines to get into the party.

This is the way to go if you can swing it. We got a 4:30 ADR for LTT last year on our MVMCP day and were eating by around 5:00, done before 6:00 and ready to catch all of the shows and parades for the party without missing a thing.

But don't schedule a big meal for lunch on the same day!

I wish there was an online ADR system. It would be so much easier than calling over and over and over again. I'm shooting for 4:30 for that night but so far, nothing available. This is the only thing I've wanted that I haven't been able to get.

We got a 5:00 for Chef Mickey before MVMCP. They told me that was the earliest they had for dinner. From there, it is a short walk to MK and the party by 6:00 I hope!

Same Idea here- LTT at 5:30 so we will be in the thick of things when we are done- it's our first MVMCP and we CAN'T WAIT!!!

We are going to eat at Cosmic Rays (Counter Service) around 5pm or so. This way, we will be done with dinner when the party begins. We will be at the December 6th party. We are so excited!!

We were hoping to snag an ADR inside MK around 4 but so far no go. We do have a 5 at Maya Grill at our resort, but still going to try. In years past we have done Tony's and 'Ohana before the party. We try to get one early enough that we don't waste any party hours. The only thing I am worried about having to stay and eat at the resort is the bus situation going to the party.

We have a 4:25 ADR at the Plaza. Last year, we had a late lunch at LTT and had counter service for dinner at MK (MNSSHP not MVMCP but same idea). If you can't get the early dinner, you may want to try to have TS lunch as late as possible. Have you tried any of the monorail resorts ?

We have a 5pm reservation at Grand Floridan Cafe for the Nov 12th MVMCP.... can't wait ....we have never been to this party!!!!

We have a 5:00 ressie at Kona over at the Poly and hopefully we will be in good shape to make it for the opening parade.
