What's the Best Thing You've Eaten at Disney?

Butternut squash soup and She-Crab soup at Boma.
Wild Caught Jumbo Prawn and Crab "Hot-Pot" at Artist Point.
And DH would kill me if I didn't mention the ribs at Flame Tree.

The Carne Asada at San Angel Inn is the BEST meal I have ever had. The tenderloin is so juicy, the refried black beans are awesome, and the cheese enchilada is super simple but to DIE for!!

The food, service, and atmosphere here is all TOP NOTCH! I can't recommend it enough!:cheer2:

The passion fruit mousse at Club 33 or the pain au chocolat bread pudding at Storyteller's Cafe.

So many but last trip it was roasted pumpkin soup at Sunshine Seasons and Mango Pie at Yak & Yeti.

The steak with the honey mustard dipping sauce at the buffet in the animal kingdom lodge

We just had the KITCHEN SINK at Beaches and Cream on Sat... our new favorite!

I love Napoleon (France - Epcot) and Mickey Bars, but the best thing for me (you can call me crazy :dance3:) is the Funnel Cake (only with sugar) from Sleepy Hollow... I think is because was the first treat that I ate at WDW and we don´t have it here in Brazil.

Ah, and for F&W I loved the ginger ice cream (China) and strudel (Germany).

Back in 1984, I had a piece of Schwartzwalder Kirschtorte at the CR.

I still remember it.

Everything else since has paled in comparison.

Kona Island Volcano Roll & a something that surprised me Captain Cook's Stir-fried noodles with chicken, yummy!

Smores at 50s PTC!

(I love Smores)

Other top choices - the Guinness/olive oil bread dip at Raglan Road, the apple crepe at Chefs de France, and churros with caramel from Cantina de San Angel.

Adult Mac & Cheese at Artist Point. Overall, not our favorite place, and we haven't gone back in years, but that one side dish, super-yum.

The Pineapple Float from Aloha Isle!! So delicious and refreshing!

Like some previous posters, I miss the Beaver Tails that used to be available in the Canada Pavilion.

i asked DH what his favorite thing to eat at disney is. i expected something sweet - mickey bars, those ginormous cupcakes from starring rolls, etc. but no! he said the candele from via napoli! and you know what? he's totally right! it's outstanding!

Candele - Candle stick pasta, sausage Ragu, Polpettine, mozzarella, Ricotta

I bring up these lists when I hear somebody say that most of what is served is hamburgers and chicken nuggets.

I can't disagree with any of the mentions here. (with the exeption of the beets and red cabbage at the Biergarten. Sorry, I just don't like beets - at all) The rest of the food at the Biergarten is awesome.

But, if Ben Franklin were alive today, he would have to change his famous quote about beer. It would be:

The combination of Tonga toast and a Dole whip for breakfast is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy.

We took my niece with us last trip. She is 6. She thought her uncle was off his rocker when I got "ice cream" for breakfast with my french toast. I had a lot of fun educating her as to the fact that a Dole whip is not really ice cream, per se. And, Tonga toast is so much better than french toast. Also, the combination is enough to make you float on air the rest of the day.

Okay, time to get back to the Poly . . . First clean off drool from keyboard.

My vote would have to be for the Napoleon from Boulangerie Patisserie in Epcot. Best tasting thing I've ever tasted!

Isn't there a drooling smiley somewhere?
