What's the best thing to do on Easter Day??

What is the best thing to do on Easter day? Is it best to avoid a park or will it be just as crowded Easter day as it will the rest of the week.
If you don't or wouldn't do a park , what would you do? Thanks

we were there a few years ago for Easter. I think we stayed out of the parks in the morning (don't remember exactly) but that evening, we went into Epcot. We had an ADR for somewhere and then we walked the world showcase, we went and saw all the movies/attractions in the WS. It was really nice and relaxing and no lines.
