What's the best park to do on weekends?

I know Magic Kingdom is out! I have 3 kids under 4 and try to go to the least crowded park for any given day. Our next trip is the 17-24 of October, this is the first time ever that we will be there on a weekend! Any thoughts on a good park for us?

Don't let weekends scare you, especially the week you're going which is way off peak.

Actually, Saturdays are a great day to do parks, especially MK, as for many (maybe most?) people it's a travel day according to various sites and books that analyze crowd patterns. Sundays are historically busier in general, but AK is usually a good choice.

I agree. Think of what you really want to see/ride/do while you're in that park, and just head over there as soon as you get in. There's going to be crowds no matter what day it is. My advice, is just have a plan.

According to touring plans the best park for 10/18 is MK and 10/19 is AK.

saturday was definately the least busy time we saw in august- people checking and and out of places meant it didn't get livelier until the evening and even then nothing like fridays and sundays had been!

Thats great news for us!! We have annual passes but I have always avoided Weekends in the park!! Thanks for the helpful hints!!
