what's the best night for palo on very merrytime cruise?

Hubby and I will be going on a Western Caribbean Very Merrytime cruise this November and were trying to decide which night would be best for Palo. Does anyone know what the schedule for this cruise is, such as what nights they have deck parties or what nights the formal and semi-formal nights are?
