We are going to Disland 6/1 to 6/3 for 3 full days. We are also doing SD zoo, Sea World, Legoland earlier in our trip.

We are getting Legoland tickets from the brickmaster club.
We are getting 1 day Sea World tickets through SW rapid rewards at the gate. (20% off each ticket)
(Thanks to those who made those suggestions. We are saving a lot of money that way.)

So how to get the best deal on 3 day park hopper dis tickets? Seems we'll need to buy these tickets as not part of a package. (The citypass and other package deals did not work out to be a great deal for us as we weren't going to universal etc.)

Is there a deal or package I am missing? Or just advance online tickets with a small discount. How long to receive those tickets by mail? We're leaving end of May.

TIA!

I would say compare what you're paying now to the price of a Southern California City Pass

Southern California CityPass can cut $370 off the price of two parents and two kids to visit Disneyland Park & Disney's California Adventure Park for 3 days, Universal Studios Hollywood, SeaWorld Adventure Park and the San Diego Zoo. Five superb California admissions are contained in a pocket-size ticket booklet with 14 leisurely days from day of first use to fully enjoy the six days of theme park fun.

It's a really good deal $247 for adults and $199 for children (ages 3-9)

Yeah, I looked into the pass..it doesn't save us a lot as we aren't going to Universal..and we can get 20% off tickets at sea world...but thanks!!

Has anyone used getawaytoday? They have the 5 day dis park hopper for the price of 3 but it doesn't say anything about having to use it by 4/23. Isn't that the deadline for the tickets from all the other places that have the bonus extra 2 days??

Thanks again!

edited to add...never mind..I had to change the travel dates on the site. It still says 3 day park hopper with 2 extra am hours days..isn't it usually one? And there's a $10 ticket handling fee..?

1 Magic Morning comes on pretty much all 3 or more day park hoppers.
2 Magic Mornings are available on the GetAwayToday 3 or more day park hoppers.
Multiple Magic Mornings are available when you stay onsite

I believe the code PODCAST is still good to waive the $10 handling fee at GAT.

GetAwayToday consistently gets good reviews on this forum :lovestruc , and getting the second Magic Morning is great. :thumbsup2

But GAT will not mail you the actual tickets. To get the actual tickets you will need to present your photo I.D. at a DL ticket booth. :goodvibes

If you go to the ticket booths on Sunday (June 1), then you would find out that the Magic Morning starts at 7:00 a.m., but the DL ticket booths don't open until 7:30 a.m. :scared1:

June 1 (Sunday)
7:00 a.m. - Magic Morning Starts :)
7:30 a.m. - The DL ticket booths open :upsidedow

Since the DL ticket booths open 30 minutes after the MM starts, IMO you should only buy the tickets from GAT if you can pick them up before Sunday, June 1. (On Saturday, May 31, the DL ticket booths will be open from 7:30 a.m. until 11:30 p.m.)

HTH :earsboy:
