What's stored under your stairs?

Only have basement stairs but there is a lot of Christmas & other holiday stuff stored in bins. My daughter really has a lot of decorations & a huge fake tree that she has stored under the stairs.

Nothing. The basement stairs are under to stairs to the second floor, so no storage. There is a small storage area under the basement stairs. Just have some boxes in there.

Three flights of stairs. No storage under any of them. To be honest I’m not sure I’ve ever seen stairs with storage space under them. None of my friends or families homes are built with storage space under the stairs. We all have basements.

Our under the stairs area opens to an outdoor closet. We store our beach stuff on one side. The ladders and extra building supplies are on the other side. Our on demand water heater is also in there.

I built shelves for that area (in our basement) about a year ago. We have paint cans, Christmas stuff, parts for work, etc. Having shelves really cleaned up the basement.

Upper stairwell - nothing. They are floating open-rise and a decorative part of the architecture. Basement stairs - the vacu-flo canister is installed there and it's where we keep the Christmas decorations and luggage.
