Have no idea! Headed to NC for Thanksgiving with the in-laws and MIL asked DH if he wanted Turkey and the trimmings or something else :confused3 She knows how much he loves turkey. I am just praying that Stove Top isn't on the menu. I don't mind it, but would prefer homemade for Thanksgiving...I have offered to make it previous years, but she always says this it easy and good. At least I will have a good time with the family, love my inlaws!!

Fried turkey
Baked ham
cornbread dressing
cranberry sauce
green beans
purple hull peas
fried potatoes
mashed potatoes
macaroni and cheese
creamed corn
peanut butter cake
coconut cake
pecan pie

Mother in law says we need 2 kinds of potatoes and 2 kinds of beans in case someone doesn't like one of them.

You spose that anyone ever visits the inlaws on Thanksgiving and sticks their head into the kitchen just to see how dinner is coming along , only to discover the inlaws emptying heated TV Dinners onto plates ??

When I grew up in Jersey we never had anything but turkey, I don't hate turkey but it's not a favorite of mine. Wanna guess what is more of a favorite of mine?

Be careful what you post. The budget board will come jump down your throat and accuse you of having TV dinners because you spent all your money on your vacation. Maybe you should start a how do I make extra money for Thanksgiving Dinner thread lmao.
