I was pretty spoiled for the first 3 years + 2 days of my life. I was the only child then I think it lasted maybe a few more years, but I don't like people spoiling me. I feel guilty about it

I don't really get rewarded for behaviour or marks because i'm expected of that, but I got a tv for doing d of e LOL. I get a lot more stuff now. I get less stuff for my birthday, but my birthday is 20 days before Christmas, so I normally get quite a lot for Christmas.

IMHO I find that disgusting behaviour.

oh my gosh same. whenever my mum us like 'oh, go on! I'll buy that for you' I feel so bad LOL. like last year, we went to get something for her, and the total came to something over £100 and most of it was mine and I felt terrible for days LOL. I told my mum and she was like 'no it's fine! I like you to have nice things' but I still feel bad LOL

Some things, if they are really expensive, I feel guilty about my parents buying for me. Ex: I have three Disney Dooney and Bourke purses that are $200+. Even if they are rewards, I don't feel like they should spend that much on me.

the red sox welcome home dinner looks like so much fun :') past dinners have involved Jacoby and Darnell unrolling toilet roll and David Ortiz and Jonathan Papelbon dressing up in glittery suits and fighting.

SAME. My mother is like "Oh, put it on the Tab" and I'm like "I can't. I feel guilty. I can just wait."

I've used the Tab a bit, like I just asked for some money for an iTunes card, but I don't use it like my brothers do.

Spanking is usually used as a method to teach them not do the wrong thing. I personally, wouldn't spank the first time but like if my kid was repeatedly doing something I've told them not to do, I'd give them a swat on the behind to reinforce the "NO" KWIM?

It's proven that saying "No" to a child on repeat does not work. Say little Tommy was throwing crayons. And you keep telling him "No Tommy! No!" and you just keep saying that, it had zero effect on the kid. It's also proven that smacks/spanking and time out are the best ways to get a point across to a child.

Same here. My parents and aunts always tell me and my brothers and cousins how spolied we were- and still are. I feel bad sometimes, because my mom buys all my clothes. And we go shopping a whole bunch. So I'm always getting coupons from online and stuff, because I feel quilty. But I'm oh so thankful.

I feel extremely thankful and blessed for what my parents get me. Not everyone has those opportunities. I normally don't show those emotions as well as my brother, though. He is always thanking them, trying to beat me to it every single time.

I just realised that this August I'm going to have to get a whole new wardrobe for school...

Luckily, my favourite store always has a lot of good sales.

At times, I wish we had school uniforms because I hate back to school shopping. But, then again, I like wearing what I do and expressing myself. (cheesy I know) lol I change my mind a lot. P

Everyone is saying their relationship is fake. And sadly, I'm starting to agree with this. It breaks my heart. How they're just lying. But their is evidence to prove this. *sigh*

Aeropostale moved to a bigger store at our mall :O I went in there and was like "I NEVER WANT TO LEAVE" and I got lots of stuff from there because their new stuff is really cute. So now on my Favorite Preppy Stores Order:
1. American Eagle
2. Aeropostale
3. Abercombie
4. Aerie
5. Hollister
