No he did not. Even in the episode where they do JB songs, Sam CHANGES his hair style to look like Justin Bieber's. Sam's is similar but he still had to change it to look like Justin's. And Justin had that signature cut back in '09 Sam didn't show up on GLEE until "Audtions" which came on September 21, 2010. Case and point
