OMGosh I had to share this with you guys!!

We had to change the dates of our upcoming trip in May. So, DH calls CRO to switch dates and gets everything taken care of. Then the CM asks him "Do we have your correct email address?" He says "I think so". (He uses a Hotmail.com address). Well now the CM is laughing hysterically and says "I don't think so Sir, whoever put it in the system entered it as ****@Hotmen.com!!!!" LOL

Uhh..maybe this is why we haven't ever gotten an email code??
