Magnets... lots and lots of magnets... more magnets than you can ever imagine... not just completely covering the front, but the side, too... magnets...
I cannot stand much clutter on my fridge door. I think it makes the whole kitchen look dirty. So my fridge door currently has just the following. Magnetic picture from our Chef Mickey dinner this past January, two popsicle stick mosaic crosses (one made by each child years ago in preschool), one paint/paper cross made by DS in preschool over a year ago, magnetic digital egg timer. That's it. But one side that doesn't show much does have the calendar and other assorted STUFF.........................P
On the freezer door I have a dry-erase board that helps me keep our schedule on track.
On the top of the refrigerator door I have several magnetic frames w/ photos of my kids, friends kids, friends, and other people I don't mind looking at on daily basis -anyone in my life that annoys me doesn't make it to the refrigerator door. I also have magnets from WDW that are mixed with the photos.
On the bottom of both doors I have several drawing that my 6yr old DD is constantly putting up there.
Needless to say........you can barely see any white space on the front of my refrigerator.
Lots of magnets, reminder notes (need them at my advancing age), work schedules, trip itineraries, pictures of nieces and nephews, pictures of DD and her boyfriend, pics of said boyfriend's band, calendar, etc., etc., etc. I use the front of the fridge as a bulletin board.
I too collect magnets from places we visit so all of those go on the upper part....there's also photo frames with pictures of kids and family.
The fridge part is the kid's territory...magnetic letters and their artwork. The side is our functional part with a corkboard and tacks, schedules, important numbers, magnetic list pads, etc.
It's funny but I think a person's fridge is a good reflection of their life. My friend is putting together a book of artwork/poetry about families in our area and she came over especially to take a picture of my fridge to go with a poem she wrote.
What is not on there ?? I get a magnet from everywhere we travel . Lots of Disney ones for sure, but my fav stuff is just pictures of my kids and dog . My sweet nephew always makes me pictures
NOTHING and I'm sad about it. Our house is for sale and our realtor said that everything had to go. Nothing should be on the fridge when you are trying to sell a house.
I had lots of photos and pictures from my kids.
Now, if only my house would sale so I could put the stuff back!!
so that's whats behind that tall thing in the corner of my kitchen.....................lol
not one inch of my fridge is exposed. it is completely covered with magnets, clips of papers and phone lists.................
it is very pathetic how i live.
i really need to organize and get with it.

My gigundo Disney magnet collection that takes up the whole freezer section, which is reserved for the "Special magnets"
Also special pics I feel the need to show off like one of my absolute favorites, My DH meeting and shaking hands with the Mayor on Main St USA!!!! I was such a dork that day! I got all giggly and excited over it!!
Down below, un breakable Disney magnets and 4 year olds art work
Pics of anyone sending us a pic for our frig. All our friends' kids,
all our Disney pics/the small ones/beach pics. On the side, I've
also added phone lists of all Ds's teams. I just keep piling them
on. Sometimes, I or others need those numbers.
All of our Chef Mickey photo magnets, dance photo magnets, magnets from our travels and the magnets made from dd's preschool artwork. I put the artwork paper on the floor, take a picture of it, trim the photo to the right size and put that sticky back magnet stuff on the back...presto, a nice small magnet!! All the schedules and calender are on the side of the fridge!!
