Looking for some fresh ideas for a one-day Disney visit with three adults (mom, daughter, and niece) who go at least once a year.
We’ll be there for just one day in mid-January, so we’re leaning toward EPCOT or Magic Kingdom—unless there’s something fun and new in another park that we shouldn’t miss. We’ve done all the rides (and will definitely ride a few!), so attractions aren’t the main focus. We’re more interested in a unique or “hidden” experience, a standout restaurant, a can't miss snack or cocktail, or anything new that’s been added in the past year.
We know we’ll have a great day no matter what, but since we’re at the point of buying tickets and locking in plans, we’d love to make sure we’re not overlooking something we’ll wish we’d known about. Thanks in advance for any ideas!

I haven't been to Geo 82 yet, but it's a new bar in Epcot (21 or over). If you can get a reservation, that would be fun to check out!

Not sure of your exact mid-Jan date but Epcot Festival of the Arts starts 1/16. I particularly enjoy that festival relative to the others and with such a short run time, if my date overlapped I’d likely put it high on my list.
