What's new since 2005?

We last visited DL at Easter 2005 and are going back in two weeks. What's new since our last visit? Thanks

Toy Story Midway Mania (best ride in DCA, in my opinion), the controversial Disney character 'dolls' added to IASW, the Fortuosity shop on Main Street, Buzz Lightyear's Astro Blasters in Tomorrowland, Nemo Submarine (I dont think that was open in 2005, but cannot recall), Monsters Inc, ride (Mike and Sulley to the Rescue) in DCA.....

All of the above, plus POTC movie characters added to the attraction and Space Mountain itself reopened after Easter 2005.

The new fireworks display is Remember Dreams Come True. It debuted for the 50th. There are rumors that it's going to be retired soon, but who knows. There is also going to be some sort of new street party/parade, but it hasn't debuted yet. Disneyland has added the Jedi Training Academy where kids learn the ways of the Force. It's tremendously cool for Star Wars geeks who don't have kids as well.

There's also a new Pixar parade at DCA.

-Princess Fantasy Faire (replaced Snow White Musical in Fantasyland)
-Innoventions Dream Home
-Turtle Talk with Crush in the Animation Building in DCA
-Sleeping Beauty Castle Walkthrough reopened
-Pirate's Lair on Tom Sawyer Island
-And in a couple weeks Mickey's Fun Wheel and the Games of the Boardwalk are scheduled to open, but they might not be done in time

Aladdin's Oasis closed and was next to Indiana Jones
Avalon Cove by Wolfgang Puck became Ariel's Grotto
Award Weiners has expanded
Big Thunder Ranch closed and will become ...
Burger Invasion will be removed including kitchens and that area made into a major restaurant
Buzz Lightyear's Astro Blasters
Club Buzz left in 2006
Dips n' Chips was replaced by Toy Story Mania
Columbia Harbour Gallery with McDonalds food is closed for remodeling
Conestoga Fries by McDonalds is gone and leveled.
Disney Gallery is ousted by Dream Suite and moves to the Opera House
Disney Villains Shop left around 2004 or 2005, not sure
Disneyland-The First 50 Magical Years was a show that replaced Mr. Lincoln and just closed
Fantasy Theatre stage closes and becomes a meet, greet and buy stuff aka Princess Fantasy fair.
Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage
Golden Dreams closed and to be replaced by an Ariel ride
Goofy's Bounce House is closed currently
Innoventions gets a make over with the addition of Home of the Future
It's a Small World has new boats and Disney characters add while one scene is changed.
Jedi Training Academy
Jolly Trolley still closed
King Arthur Carrousel underwent a total overhaul about 3 years ago, not sure
La Boutique de Noel has moved toward the train station
Le Bat en Rouge was moved to the court of angels area
Lucky Fortune Cookie restaurant is closed pending retheming
Malibu-Ritos and Strips is gone
Monorails have new cars
Monsters, Inc.: Mike and Sully to the Rescue ride
New Century Timepieces is turned into the Futurosity Shop
Radio Disney was under the peoplemover station and is now a shop
San Francisco Street bathroom is moved across the street to the east and the area is refurbished.
Seasons of the Vine is now a preview center, Blue Sky Cellar.
Sleeping Beauty Castle walkthrough is reopened and has a disabled viewing area.
Space Mountain is completely re-tracked, re-painted white, and re-opens with a new soundtrack and new special effects. They patched a lot of holes and did a lot of repairs to the building.
Splash Mountain has had minor changes and the logs are changed.
Sun Wheel has undergone a retheming
S.S. rustworthy was drained of water in the bow and scheduled for demolition along with the Jumping Jelly Fish

Tiki Room saw the removal of the Offenbach sequence
Tom Sawyer's Island is converted to The Pirate's Lair at Tom Sawyer's Island
Toy Story Midway Mania
Triton's Gardens lost Ariel and became Pixie Hollow meet Tink and fairies plus shopping.
Turtle Talk with Crush in the Animation Building
Who Wants to Be A Millionaire – Play It! has been closed for a while

And Celebrate! A Street Party is debuting this weekend, so it's brand spanking new!

The Boudin Bakery Tour is closed now. They better still have a tour when they're done doing whatever to it or I'll be so sad.
