Yay!! :cool1: Glad you made it! You haven't really missed that much. Thanks for the encouragement about going over the 4th.

Loving that last pic :)

Haha! Typical day in Epcot.... :rolleyes1

Whats more fun than shaking your maracas and drinking a margarita

Your pics always make you look like you are having the time of your life :goodvibes

So I made a couple of dining changes lately. Thanks to Wendy, I realized that my TIW card is blacked out on the 4th, which is the day that we planned to eat at Biergarten...probably the one place where that 20% off alcohol will come in handy! So we switched our Biergaten lunch with our Les Chefs de France lunch. So instead of being German on the 4th, we'll be French!

Also, I added an ADR! I read somewhere, someone asking about the times for breakfast at the Whispering Canyon Cafe and that led me to looking up the breakfast menu and that all you can eat canyon skillet looks delicious!

Tom was a little hesitant because he didn't want to get up really early just to go to another hotel. I called WDW-Dine and they server breakfast until 11:30 so I got an ADR for 10:00. We had planned on renting a boat on the Sassagoula at POR but this might be a great time to rent a boat after breakfast and go out on Bay Lake/Seven Seas Lagoon! We've done that once before when we stayed at the WL and it was a wonderful afternoon! Any way we can stay out of the crowds as much as possible.....

LOVE Whispering Canyon!!! We ate dinner there, but heard the breakfast was equally delish!!

Also, wanted to ask you what I should do for our December/Christmas trip. We will be there (probably) Dec 13-17th. Chefs De France or Le Cellier for the Candlelight Processional Dinner Package? Which is more comfy, warm, "christmasy" in your opinion?:lovestruc

Oh that is such a tough call!! I've never eaten at Chefs de France for dinner, just lunch. Is it the same price for both? I'd go with what you'll most get your money's worth and what menu looks most appealing to you. Have you looked at the menus?

I feel like Le Cellier might be more warm and Christmasy because it's in a small, dark room.

Hi Nikki!
The ADR updates sound good.. I've just been reading up about APs and TiW card because DF & I will get them both for Dec'10 and Disneymoon next June!
I noticed about the 'blackout' dates.. good to plan your meals 'around' that!!

Btw have you seen about the Summer Nightastic coming to WDW this year?! you're soo lucky to be going there for July!!

I heard!! Yes, it is very exciting that they are finally do something for us summer goers! All the special events seem to take place at other times throughout the year!

This is such a great plan. When we stayed at VWL for several trips, we loved saving a relaxing day like this. WCC is fun, so I'm sure you'll have a good time. It is so much fun renting a boat and driving around Bay Lake and the Seven Seas Lagoon! Take a water proof camera with you out on the boat and you'll get some great pics!

:cool1: LOVE making new plans!! That is the problem with ADRs being 180 days out...too much time to rethink, rearrange, delete, add......

I know, it IS tough!!

I think we are leaning more towards Le Cellier because everyone is so satisfied with the food and service they have gotten there. We will be on the dining plan, so it is 2 table services for the Candlelight Processional. I want to make sure it is worth the 2 credits :thumbsup2

LOL! I would LOVE for you to hang my picture over your bar...EXCEPT that there is a chance that one of my future students' parents might come over your house and THAT would be embarrasing!

I reeeeeally want to...but it's just going to be insanely crowded, so we just don't think it's worth it this time.

Wow, $150 for the week?! Awesome! That's really generous of your aunt! Good idea doing Potter that first week before our stay in Disney. That way, once you get to Disney, you don't have to leave and you can be in your little disney bubble!
