Not sure what economy seats are like but they look very good. :thumbsup2
Flew back PE in bubble and the economy were unloaded before us. No turbulence to mention and cabin service was a lot quicker. If you have chance, then go for it.

We had a fab flight at the top in economy on our way out to Orlando. We didnt notice any turbulence - whether that was because there wssnt any, I dont know! But the service upstairs is brilliant, as there are less of you! If you get the chance, do it! Xx

Thanks I decided to change our seat for the upper deck so hopefully I get them but am glad it's a refurbished plane going out as more sleeping on way home we fly tue so very excited kids as we leave for gatwick hotel Tomor

Hi, just wondering how you went on and if you got your upper deck seats, we fly on tues and have just been able to pick seats on upper deck so fingers crossed!

For those who have sat economy in the bubble, did you have aisle, middle or window? Have heard bad things about the aisle being too narrow and aisle seat having big support bar underneath. Is it really that bad?

Karen, we were in the bubble in september on our return flight and the aisle seat and the middle seat did have some kinda bar blocking half of where your feet need to be. the aisle seat was worse - steve was sitting there and he had half the space for his feet!
the window seat where my sis was sitting was ok although i'm not sure i would have liked it because i like to lean my head against the window and you couldn't because of the storage area - it meant there was a big gap - although the storage came in handy.

Being on the upper deck so you leave the plane first or last?

When we flew 2 weeks ago to Orlando we left first even before the premium economy but first class/premium downstairs were first then top deck then rest of plane

We flew out on Sunday and were in the bubble. We had seats 79h and j. There was no bar blocking foot space under either seat, so perhaps it depends on which seat you have. The disadvantages of being up there are the small overhead lockers (so if you have a large bag it has to go in the large storage cupboard between economy and first class and there's a bit of a scrum to get them out when you land), plus it's very easy to bang your head on the lockers if you are tall. You also have to watch the delicious food, drink, blankets, hot water bottles etc go past you to first class!
The advantages are that it is a little quieter and you have at least 2 cabin crew to serve much less people, and you do get off the plane first, so pretty good advantages really.

We flew back on tues in the bubble, we were in rows 77, there was a bar on the the bottom of the aisle seat but my dh just put his other leg on my side, only thing that was a pain for me, there was no remote control on the ife system so when the passenger behind who was playing a game by touchscreen it felt like you were constantly being poked in the back, I felt Ill as well as me and my dd caught the flu like virus a lot have come back work (still in bed now) :(
