What's in YOUR backpack?

In the summer, the one necessity missing from everyone's list: DEODORANT! Believe me, when it is 100+ degrees outside, please reapply, both for your own sake and your neighbor's sake as well!

My backpack has 3 pouches -- main pouch, med. pouch on front and a smaller pouch. Here's what we carry in each:

Lg. pouch - bathing suit for ds (to play in water areas) in ziplock, ponchos, 2 sm. umbrellas, dry washcloth in ziplock, bottle of water, film in baggie, sunscreen and spare t-shirt and shorts for ds.

Med. pouch - autograph book, pen, camera

Sm. pouch - candy, liquid bandaids & moleskin, motrin/tylenol, loose change, tissues, lip balm

In a small, decorative change purse type thing around my neck: id, cash and passes.

I carry most of what everyone else has mentioned...when you have kids, I think you tend to carry more than necessary, but you want to be ready just in case. I also carry along with the essential adult meds of Motrin, Excedrin, Zyrtec (or whatever allergy/sinus stuff is currently prescribed to us) kids meds- Tylenol, Childrens Motrin, Decongestant, etc and bandaids. OTC meds are outrageously priced in the gift shops. Don't forget the measuring syringe or dosage cup if you have little ones...you don't want to guess with their dosages.

Also, I ALWAYS have my eyedrops. When you wear contacts, the heat and/or AC tends to quickly dry your eyes. I also take my glasses in case the day gets too long and I just can't stand my contacts anymore.

And lastly, don't forget the feminine products. (Someone had to say it...)
