What's in the open space on Fantasy deck plan?

On hold to book and looking at room availability on the Fantasy for a 5B forward on decks 7 or 8. What's in the empty space between the forward stairway and the inside cabins? It's not really empty, is it? Would a cabin facing that area be unusually noisy? TIA!

We had a room in the same location on the Dream. It was only really noisy the last night as they were working on getting baggage down to the hold to unload in the morning. It didn't go very late.
