What's going on with the weather!

It's freezing here in Brum! I have just made two cups of tea one after the other in the hope of warming up! This time last year it was 30 degrees! I remember being pregnant and having to lie down lots cos of the heat (well that was my excuse!)

Here's hoping that the sun comes out of hiding soon!

Had the heating on every night this week. (And the forecast was for SNOW on the hills last night) ............. I need my electric blanket !!

Not very warm here too. Sun was out earlier but now it looks like rain again. Doesn't look good for Wimbledon.

It's not looking good again for the weekend, they have got lots of weather hazard warnings out - more rain and floods I think

I know what you mean Gemma, we've had the heating on for the last two mornings and evenings. This time last year we were basking in temperatures in the high 20's C. It's far too depressing for me, I want the sun to come back

Ha ha! My mom said that - Dad told her that he was cold the other night and she went and got him another fleece to put on!

It's perked up a bit here, at least theres been no rain and the sun has come out a bit but it's still cold!

Don't know waht you are all complaining about

here its been sunny all day, temperature of 17oC. I have been out cutting the grass and doing some pruning of my trees in a T shirt.

by the way, the river at the bottom of my garden has not gone over its banks either.

But then again, where I live in South Warwickshire, a lot of the bad weather goes around us, following the hills (we live in the bottom of a prehestoric inland sea, so are lucky I suppose until the sea comes back! )
