What's going on with Direct Air ?

I got an email about the family ties program ending and their last flight being October 2012.
I tried calling several times but got a message saying their phone service is unavailable.
Does anyone know if this mean Direct Air is ending their charter services all together ?

I did this, that and everything else.

For the past 5 years, along with the Febuary family ties program they've been posting their extended flight schedules well into the next year, in this case it would be October 2013. I've been doing this and picking up future April school vacation flights for the past 4 years.
I'm hoping they continue their service into and past April 2013.

That's odd. I am a frequent flyer out of Worcester. I got an email this morning about baggage fares ( probably a hike?) and the option to pre pay for baggage on reservations already made, but no email like the one you got. hmmmmm

We are flying them over President's week. I got an email last week about the increase in luggage fares and if we wanted the old price we had to buy it by Feb 5th.

This is our first time flying them. Are they reliable? Now I'm nervous about someone saying their last flight will be Oct 2012.

I've flown them in the past with no problem. We're flying down to Sanford in April for our annual trip to WDW, I'm sure the flight will be fine.
I know they're a charter airline, but I haven't seen any flights scheduled past October 2012.
I'm just hoping they continue their operations and charter service.
