What's going on the week of April 21st?

I have been trying to find a room for Wednesday and Thursday of this week, and it seems as if there is little availability! Anyone know what might be going on? Or do they limit the rooms for shorter stays?!

A lot of schools have recess that week, I know my district does. That might be why.

Our school district's (upstate NY) spring recess ends Sunday, April 20th, as do many in NY and I hear MA as well.....

Our break here in Ma begins on April 20th. We are arriving at WL on the 22nd. I am discouraged to hear everything is sold out. I was hoping for less crowded conditions.

I'm in NY as well, however our spring recess begins the week of April 20th as do the districts around us. I hope for those who are going during these spring break times that you don't have long waits. Enjoy your trip to Walt Disney World!!!

We begin our Dinseymoon 21st April, but we've only got one room!! Looks like its going to be crowded!

NY, NJ, MA, Conn all have their spring vacations that week from what I have read.

That weekend (24 thru 27) is the last Grad night. High school kids from all over florida and some from other parts of the country come in large groups and do special activities in MK - that's why MK closes early that weekend. From what I've ever seen and heard, they're well supervised and well behaved, but there are a ton of them!
